Stairo · Privacy policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
Stairo is a stair calculator for Android. This policy explains what data the app handles. In short: Stairo does not collect or send any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device.

What is stored, and where
- Your stairs and projects (opening sizes, shape, material, railing and the names you give them) and your preferences (units, building code country, material sizes) are stored only in the app's private storage on your device. They are not sent to any server: Stairo has no servers.
- The country used to choose the building code is read on the device, from the SIM card, the mobile network or the regional settings. It is not sent anywhere.
- Stairo has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs that collect data.
Purchases
Stairo Pro is bought through Google Play. Google handles payment data under its own privacy policy. Stairo never sees or stores your payment method. The app only asks Google Play, from the device, which products you own, to turn on the Pro features, and keeps that answer on the device to work offline. This is what the Internet connection is used for.
Sharing
When you choose to share a PDF, Stairo creates it on the device and hands it to the app you pick (email, messaging…). From then on, that app's policy applies.
Deleting your data
You can delete each project from the project list. Uninstalling the app deletes everything it stored. As nothing is kept outside your device, there is no data to request or delete on any server.
Children
Stairo is a professional tool and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with its date.
